I provide necessary 3rd layer clothing and safety gear for each participant: thermal jacket, thermal pants, mitts, boots, helmet, balaclava, neck protector and googles.

During the register process I ask you, to know your right size,  to leave some measurements. This way the clothes I provide you will fit better and thus improve your comfort.

Layer clothing keeps you dry and warm, which not only feels comfortable but also improves performance, allowing the body to direct its energy resources to maximum effort instead of heat regulation.

The basic philosophy of layer clothing is to create insulating layers of air between several layers of clothing. Because every person's fitness, metabolism and capacity to withstand the cold are different, no single correct layer-clothing solution exists.

The right approach is to put on and take off layers according to weather conditions, own needs and level of physical activity.

These instructions purpose is to help you "step by step" to get dressed properly against the arctic weather.
