Winter 7 Day package - Snow Scootering and Husky Sledding.
The Arctic Circle Expedition gives you six full days in the heart of Swedens Lapland, where you will experience the wild forest landscape along the Rånea river valley on snowmobiles and husky sleds. You will navigate the Arctic Circle in the middle of the wilderness and try exciting meals in a wood cabin and a sauna under the northern lights.
Arrival Day
On the first day, our guides will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel for an evening meal.
Day 1
Your guides will meet you and provide you with thermal clothing
and other equipment such as helmets, gloves and balaclavas. The Expedition starts
with an educational session which informs you about safety and security and
how to handle the 550cc snowmobiles. The day will be spent practicing driving the snow scooters on a local lake or open area (dependent on the weather conditions). The evening will be spent at the hotel.
Day 2
We start our expedition along the frozen Rånea River. After a half day of snowmobile driving we make a
stop for our lunch outdoors sitting on reindeer skins around the campfire.
Anyone feeling fit can try some snow shoe walking in deep snow.
After lunch we continue on to the
Day 3
On the second day, husky teams will arrive and our
guides will take you out for trips in the area on husky sled trips throughout the day. Lunch will be eaten outside again and the second night will be spent in the sauna and enjoying an evening meal.
Day 4
The third day will be spent returning on the snow mobiles to your starting point and spending the evening in your hotel and enjoying the sauna by the river and full bar facilities.
Day 5
Today will be spent visiting a local museum and go-karting at the local track. There will be time to shop for local handicrafts and regional produce. The evening will be spent back at the hotel with an optional sauna.
Day 6
Your final day will be spent visiting the famous Ice Hotel outside of Kiruna. The day will be spent travelling to the Ice Hotel and spending four hours viewing the many ice sculptures. Lunch will be in the local village restaurant and the day will end back at your hotel.
Day 7
Today transfers will be made to the airport for your return journey back to the UK.
Summer 7 Day package - Fishing and local activities.

with an educational session which informs you about safety and the local region. The day will be spent exploring and fishing on a local lake or river. The evening will be spent at the hotel.
Day 2
We start our day along the Rånea River. After a half day of fishing we make a
stop for our lunch outdoors sitting around the campfire.
Anyone feeling fit can try some swimming in the lakes and rivers.
After lunch we continue on to the
Day 3
On
the third day, our
guides will take you out for a trip in the area to fish throughout the day. Lunch will be eaten outside again and the second
night will be spent in the sauna and enjoying an evening meal.
Day 4
The third day will be spent fishing, returning to your starting point and spending the evening in your hotel enjoying the sauna by the river and full bar facilities.
Day 5
Today
will be spent visiting a local museum and go-karting at the local
track. There will be time to shop for local handicrafts and regional
produce. The evening will be spent back at the hotel with an optional
sauna.
Day 6
Your
final day will be spent visiting the Ritsem for a helicopter ride around the national parks. The day will be spent travelling to Ritsem for a 30 minute helicopter ride viewing the incredible scenery. Lunch will be in the local restaurant and the day will end back at your hotel.
Day 7
Today transfers will be made to the airport for your return journey back to the UK.
